As a mom, it is so difficult to see your little ones suffer. Whether it’s from a scraped knee, a new tooth, or a germ, watching your baby be sick is horrible. I’m thankful that my three boys haven’t dealt with major illnesses. I’m also thankful that we are able to receive quality care for our boys. It’s a privilege that many families don’t have.
The peskiest symptom in our home is a fever. I know this means my boys are fighting a bug. But I don’t want them to be uncomfortable. I reach for the TYLENOL®, some chicken soup, lots of liquids plus a DVD and blanket and help my boys get on the mend. It’s nice to know that I can trust TYLENOL® to work quickly without causing stomach discomfort. It’s always a wonderful feeling when your kids bounce back and smile at you. You know they’re feeling better when the smile goes right up to their eyes and they’re bright eyed and bushy tailed again!
Over 25 years ago, Children’s Health Fund was established by Dr. Irwin Redlener and singer/songwriter Paul Simon, to help provide quality care for all kids. With a fleet of 50 mobile medical clinics in underprivileged neighborhoods across the U.S. they bring high-quality healthcare to thousands of children and families in need. Now, they’re partnering with TYLENOL® and the SMILING IT FORWARD™ campaign with mom ambassador and actress Alyson Hannigan. SMILING IT FORWARD™ makes it easy to give back!
By sharing your photo at www.SmilingItForward.com, TYLENOL® will make a $1 donation to Children’s Health Fund. Talk about putting a smile on someone’s face. A simple act by you sets the ball in motion to create a better life for a child in need. Get your kids involved in choosing a photo and uploading it together. What a great — and simple way — to give back this Christmas season.
