When to call corporate..

Some reasons to call & complain:

– You are being accused of coupon fraud when you are 100% certain you are not committing fraud.

– The cashier will not accept a coupon because you would be receiving an item for free.

– The cashier instructs you there is a “new” policy which contradicts the official coupon policy.

DO NOT CALL when… you are angry, crying, ranting, or swearing. Calm down before you call and present the facts in a clear, calm voice. Make sure to have your receipt or any other documentation handy so you can clearly state the facts.

Some reasons to call & compliment:

– A store employee (cashier, manager, etc) has given you outstanding service.

– To let them know you appreciate a certain feature of their store or coupon policy.
